Poster exhibition and competition

The INORMS poster session is designed to give Research Managers and Administrators an opportunity to present their ideas to a large and diverse international audience. Most delegates will be familiar with poster presentations at academic conferences. Posters are a great way of informing the community about a piece of work your office or institution has been doing, particularly if it is something new or in early stages. They can be on wide range of topics, and are also a great way of introducing staff to conference without the pressure of speaking at a session.

Poster Prize

All poster presentations accepted will be eligible for the Congress Poster Prize, which will be awarded for the best poster at the Congress. The award will be forwarded to the winner’s institution. Members of the Congress International Organising Committee will judge the posters during the course of the Congress. Please note, that for a poster to be displayed, the principal author must register and be present at the poster viewing session. The poster prize will be awarded at 12:30 on Wednesday 18 June, immediately following the Keynote Address.

In order to assess the level of interest, would anyone thinking of contributing a poster please complete the attached poster proposal form and return it to Sara McDermid by 30th April 2008.
